DIY Convertible Cardigan Pattern Download

I found a pattern that works for this convertible cardigan in the Spanish website Patrones Mujer and is available in European sizes 36-48 (US sizes 8-20)

This is the sketch of the pattern:

The pattern has only two pieces, it is basically a rectangle with two armholes! There are 20 pages to print.

The length of the rectangle should be at your hip.

Fabric requirements

You’ll need around 1 3/4 yd (1.6 m) of a lightweight knit fabric

Sewing Instructions

It is very easy, just sew the sleeves and attach them to the armholes.

Use half of your back measurement to place the armhole. I lengthen the pattern about 3 1/2″.

It is easier to cut the fabric with a rotatory cutter and sew using a serger but a zigzag stitch on a regular sewing machine will also work.

I hope you like it!
