You’ll Need:
1/2 yd exterior fabric
1 yd of Lining/Straps fabric
2 yd fusible interfacing (20″ wide Pellon SF101)
3/4 yd Fusible fleece (I would use Eva Floor Underlayment – it is cheaper and doesn’t crease as the Foam Interfacing does – give it a try!)
Strap adjusters
9″ Non-separating zipper
40″ double fold 1/2″ wide bias tape
