Traditional Corsets are typically constructed of a flexible material such as cloth, particularly coutil, or leather and are stiffened with boning (also called ribs or stays) that are inserted into channels in the fabric.
Modern corsets feature more details including lacing, eyelets, ribbons, etc. No matter your style a corset is a great fashion piece to have in your wardrobe and it’s a garment that has to be sewn based on your figure and can be structured to flatter your figure.
This free corset pattern is available in European size 38 (US size 10) but can easily be adjusted to your size. The pattern can be used as the base of your corset and you can tailor it to your style adding different fashion details.
The free corset pattern was published in the Fashion website and has 7 pattern pieces and there are only 4 pages to print.

Hi Katie:
The pictures are just ideas in how you can make your own corset. For a sweetheart corset and many other corset patterns I recommend Corset Academy
She offers many different patterns and video tutorials. They are translated but good, I learned a lot from them. Corset Academy have different Types of Memberships and you can try it for free the first 10 days. You can download all the patterns for free during the first 10 days.
