The free blouse sewing pattern is for the Fringe Festival Scarf T.  This blouse is a pull-over, cap sleeved T-shirt and has center front & back seams, and a  curved hemline. I features a self fabric scarf tie at the V neckline with fringe ends.  The blouse pattern is available in sizes 6-26. Wear this wardrobe essential over jeans or slouchy pants for a fabulous casual outfit, or try it as a layering piece under a slick suit jacket or a cozy cardigan.

These bow tied blouses are very popular and they look great.  You can use them to work and for business casual look or under a jacket for a business professional attire.

This a classic pattern that can be used multiple times for different looks depending on the fabric you choose and the details you add. You can add decorative stitches to the center front & back seam!.  If you don’t already own a bow tie blouse patter, this pattern is a great addition to your pattern library.

I hope you find this pattern useful!

Can you help me? I’m confused about attaching the scarf. First, does it attach to the right side of the back? I’m assuming so. But then, if I attach it at the notches, I don’t get how it becomes a collar. It’s too far away from the neckline to make sense to me.
