The free blouse sewing pattern is for the Fringe Festival Scarf T.  This blouse is a pull-over, cap sleeved T-shirt and has center front & back seams, and a  curved hemline. I features a self fabric scarf tie at the V neckline with fringe ends.  The blouse pattern is available in sizes 6-26. Lightweight fluid or drape-y t-shirting fabrics are recommended for this model (bamboo, modal, rayon, tencel knit blends, or silk jersey).

Wear this wardrobe essential over jeans or slouchy pants for a fabulous casual outfit, or try it as a layering piece under a slick suit jacket or a cozy cardigan.

The free pattern was published by Hot Patterns & Fabric.com.   The pattern has 9 pages that can be printed in a regular printer.

These bow tied blouses are very popular and they look great.  You can use them to work and for business casual look or under a jacket for a business professional attire.

This a classic pattern that can be used multiple times for different looks depending on the fabric you choose and the details you add. You can add decorative stitches to the center front & back seam!.  If you don’t already own a bow tie blouse patter, this pattern is a great addition to your pattern library.

I hope you find this pattern useful!
